The Next 56 Days is not a traditional “diet” or “weight loss” program. Rather, we are passionate about giving you the tools you need to take control of your health, because we believe that everyone possesses the strength to become the person they’ve always wanted to be. The Next 56 Days has created a system that takes the guesswork out of eating healthy and allows you to apply a simple, sustainable approach to nutrition to your everyday life. No counting points, no weighing items, no confusing macros. It’s you, your personal coach that we provide for you, and our system of four core values that will get you the success you’ve been looking for.

We start by Balancing Blood Sugar. This is key to reaching your goals during The Next 56 Days. Your blood sugar affects so many things that are directly related to your health, and in order to address the underlying issues you’re facing, we have to start here.

Second, we focus on Detoxing the Body. For years, our body has held on to harmful substances that we have consumed, touched, breathed, and in order for our bodies to began to heal and repair themselves the way they were created to do, we have to prime our bodies to release these harmful substances.

Third, as our bodies begin to let go of these harmful substances, we will begin to see a Lessening of Inflammation. We now know that when we get sick, it’s our cells that get sick. Lessening inflammation in the body allows us to begin to deal with health on a cellular level.

Finally, that thing that we are all looking for… When our bodies are operating the way that they are supposed to, when we have balanced blood sugar, we have removed harmful substances through detox, and inflammation is decreased, we will begin to Release Fat. And we’re not just talking about losing weight here. We are talking about our bodies literally letting go of the harmful fat that surrounds our organs.

Toxins are stored in the fat in our bodies from years of emotional stress, environmental pollutants, and eating processed foods. Detoxing allows us to release these harmful chemicals from our bodies.

Lessen Inflammation

When our bodies get sick, it’s our cells that get sick and inflamed. The most effective method for healing the body is to approach healing on a cellular level. Understanding the ingredients we feed ourselves is the key to reducing inflammation.
